Окрім, того, за нинішнім статусом в ООН Росія не є ні частиною Ради Безпеки, ані членом ООН, адже не пройшла процедуру вступу в ООН, згідно зі статтею 4 Статуту ООН.
Відповідно до статті 23 Статуту ООН, Росія не є постійним членом Ради Безпеки ООН!
У нинішньому Статуті ООН сказано, що Радянський Союз ще існує, а Росія взагалі не згадується.
Ми просимо Антоніу Гутерреша та ООН надати документи, які засвідчують підстави членства Російської Федерації в ООН. У разі відсутності таких документів – ми вимагаємо припинити фіктивне членство Російської Федерації в ООН.
Двері ООН для Російської Федерації мають бути зачинені, тому що для вступу до ООН, Російська Федерація, відповідно до 4 статті Статуту ООН, повинна зупинити агресивну війну в Україні та повернутись до міжнародно визнаних кордонів. Тільки миролюбиві держави можуть стати членами ООН.
Такий курс дій позбавить Росію права вето в ООН, яке блокує багато мирних рішень, і відновить мир і порядок у міжнародному співтоваристві.

We now possess a historical chance to end the biggest fraud in the history of international politics– Russia’s illegal membership in the UN.
We must “unRussia the UN” because the right to a veto should not equal the right to kill!
Russia, legally, is not a Security Council or a UN member. As the only country to not have gone through an admission procedure to the UN, Russia has no right to a seat in the UNSC. Article 23 of the UN charter states that the Soviet Union still exists, while Russia is not mentioned altogether. In other words, this article only confirms a UNSC seat for the USSR, not Russia.
We demand that Antonio Guterres and the UN DGACM exhibit documents that certify the Russian Federation’s membership in the UN. If such documents are absent — we demand the end of Russia’s fictitious membership in the UN.
Russia must be barred from the UN. After spending its time as an independent country waging wars in neighbouring countries, Russia directly violates Article 4 of the UN charter which states that only peace-loving nations can be part of the UN. For starters, Russia must end its aggressive war in Ukraine and return to its internationally recognized borders!
Removing Russia from the UN would revoke Russia’s veto power which has, for many years, blocked peaceful resolutions and thus paralyzed the core functions of the UN– maintaining international peace and security. Russia’s expulsion from the UN will be a significant move towards restoring peace and order to the international community.
